The design for the AstraZeneca headquarters implemented an activity-based workplace strategy, focusing on creating a connected, collaborative environment for employees. The building’s interior was crafted to foster communication and interaction among staff, with open spaces and varied work modes that allow flexibility. The design incorporates eco-friendly materials and maximizes natural light, contributing to a healthier and more productive work environment. The cafeteria and upper-level workspaces were carefully designed to promote casual interaction and collaboration, making the space both functional and community-driven.
